Keto Guide – Macros – Keeping it Simple – How Many Carbs on Keto

Hey there!
I am going to be doing a new series for the next few months going over my personal keto guide. I am planning on uploading an episode once a week. Each video will be between 5-10 minutes and will be completely focused on that one topic.
I am doing this in order to get of the questions you all have been asking me into a video format. I will be adding a poll to the end of each video and you will be given the ability to vote on which topic I will go over next.
This first video is on macros and keto and how to initially calculate them. There are many ways to be keto but the simplest way is to keep your net carbs (fiber & sugar alcohols subtracted from total carbs) under about 5% of your daily caloric intake. This is the easiest way for most people to get into ketosis. If you keep your macros as simple as possible this will help to remove a lot of the confusion. Always remember to adjust your macros as you lose weight. Your macros are based on your caloric needs and those will change as your body changes.
