Sorry this is a week late, I ended up having some stress, adventure, and illness in my life this past week and got a little behind. Everything is better now and so here is this week’s Keto Guide on how much fat you need on a ketogenic diet. Going keto can be a little confusing but it really doesn’t need to be if you are eating whole foods and making sure you are getting your nutrients in.
