Perfect as an accompaniment to a bowl of rice or side salad, this Keto-friendly Ground Beef Bulgogi recipe utilizes 85% lean ground beef that is cooked in a sugar-free sesame soy sauce, whilst producing the same taste as regular Beef Bulgogi.
Bulgogi is a dish originating from Korea and is traditionally made of thin slices of meat grilled atop a barbeque, or pan-fried in a pan.
beef bulgogi is typically marinated or pan-fried in a slightly sweet sesame soy sauce mixture.
In this recipe, I will be substituting sugar for stevia as it has zero impact on an individual’s blood glucose levels, and hence making this recipe low-carb or keto friendly.
