Keto Fried Fish//Full Day of Eating

Fried Fish
1/2c Quest Protein Powder
3 eggs
Cooking Oil (enough to have about an inch thick)
Seasoning of your choice

Season the fish and let it set for a couple hours.
Place the fish in the protein coat, then into egg mixture and coat, then back into the protein and drop into the heated oil. Cook until dark golden brown on both sides! Set on a paper towel to drain. Enjoy with a side of lime/lemon juice, tatar sauce, ketchup, or whatever you like.
