Keto Fish pickle ~ മീൻ അച്ചാർ ~ || Recipe no.61 || With English Subtitles




Fish…1 kg

To marinate fish:

Red chilly powder…3tsp
Turmeric powder…1/2tsp
Pepper powder….1tsp
Fenugreek powder…1/4tsp
Coconut oil…1tbsp
Salt to taste

Marinate and rest for 30 minutes.

Fry the fish in coconut oil.
To the same oil, splutter 1/4tsp mustard seeds, add 1/2 cup sliced ginger, saute well. Add 1/2 cup sliced garlic, saute well. Add 3tsp red chilly powder, 1/4tsp turmeric powder, 1/4tsp fenugreek powder, 1tsp pepper powder, 1/4 tsp asafoetida & salt to taste.

Saute well. Add boiled 3/4-1 cup vinegar. Reduce the flame. Add fried fish pieces. Mix well and let it combine well. Switch off the flame and let it cool. Keto friendly fish pickle is ready. Store in an airtight dried container.
