Keto: Fish Nuggets With Tartar Sauce

1 pound fish fillets (Cod, Flounder)
2 eggs, beaten
10 tbsp almond flour
1 clove garlic, minced
⅓ tsp turmeric
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp lemon juice

TarTar Sauce:
4 tbsp sour cream
1 pickle, chopped
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt, black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Mix all ingredients together.

1. Prepare fish fillet, cut into bite sized pieces.
2. Put the fish in a bowl, add salt, lemon juice and garlic. Stir and marinate at least for 30 minutes.
3. Combine almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, turmeric and salt for breading.
4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs lightly with a fork.
5. Dip each piece in flour mixture, then place in a bowl with eggs and then back into the flour mixture again
6. Place nuggets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spray with oil.
7. Bake for 20 minutes at 400F.
