Keto Fish n Chips…

French fries Chips
Almond fries:
100g ground almonds (you can use finer almond flour but the texture will be denser and crunchier)
3 tsp xanthan gum (or konjac powder if you have it!)
6 tbsp hot water.
Mix well and let stand for 10-15mins…
Then flatten and cut into chips..
Deep fry or shallow fry…

Fish coating recipe
2tbsp almond flour,
1tbsp coconut flour
1tsp chilli flakes
1/2tsp Sea salt
1/2tsp Black pepper
1/2tsp smoked Paprika…
