• Coconut oil / butter

For Hariyali/green masala:

• Green chillies 6 – 7
• Onion – half
• Ginger – 2 inch
• Garlic pods 4 – 5
• Cardamom – 2
• Cloves – 2
• Peppercorns 8 – 10
• Mint leaves – 10
• Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
• Lemon juice – half
• Salt – 1tsp
