Keto Fish n’ Chips ! Only 3 Ingredients ! So easy !

I’m back with another one!!! A Keto recipe .. Keto Fish n’ Chips !
Yay!! It’s so good and SO EASY !

Ratio—
1:2
1 being Almond Flour
2 being Parmesan

Macros for batter: 1serving- 1/2 fillet
1 serving= Half a Fillet
1.5n Carb
6.1g Protein
9.7g Fat
119 Calories

Ingredients: 1 serving -1/2 fillet

1/4 Almond Flour
1/2c Parmesan finely grated or dust/sprinkle
1/2 egg, raw & whisked

Step 1: Dry Dredge

Mix dry ingredients together
Add desired seasonings if you like.

I added
1/2tsp Lemon Pepper
1/2tsp Dill
1/4tsp onion powder +garlic powder + crushed red pepper

Step 2: Wet Dredge

Whisk your eggs 🥚that are needed

Step 3: Prep Your Fry Station

Get your fish out of fridge to come to room temperature. Fillets, no skin if preferred. Dry pat. Place onto a plate. That is all.

Set your wet and dry containers near frying pan so you can dredge and deep fry easily.

Step 4: Deep Fry
*Temperature 350

Should only take 3-4 minutes each side.

☝️ Also a cooling rack and sheet pan (or plate lined with paper towel)
