Keto diet: What I eat in a day and weight day

I generally weigh myself on Sunday mornings. I weigh myself first thing in the morning, in the nude, and after using the restroom. This is a typical day for me as far as what I eat in a day.

Breakfast:
Two fried eggs
Three strips of bacon
Half an Avocado
Coffee
Two tablespoon of heavy cream

Lunch:
Eight chicken winglets prepared in the air fryer
One cup of cauliflower rice with curry past seasoning and scallions
Spindrift raspberry lime sparkling water

Snack:
Thirty almonds
1/4 cup of blueberries
cup of oolong tea
