– Frozen Chicken Tenders (Mine are from Costco)
– Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Sauce
– Trivia (Stevia No Calorie Baking Sweetener)
– Bake: 400 degrees F (205 degrees C)
– 30-40 Mins *Chicken Should Reach 165 F*

Baked Brussel Sprouts:

– Wash then Cut Brussel Sprouts in half
– Lightly Coat with:
– E.V. Olive Oil
– Balsamic Vinegar
– Bake on Greased Baking Sheet: 400 degrees F (205 degrees C)
– 25-35 mins or until desired crispness

Tuna
– Tuna Creations *Starkist

Salmon
– Blackened Cajun *Sea Creations

Whey Protein
– Peanut Butter Puffs *GNC

Salad Dressing
– Cilantro Avocado *Bolthouse Farms

Vegetables
– Riced Broccoli
– Green Salad
