in this video, I showed my daily keto breakfast prep. I started off my keto diet approximately two months ago. When I started first on 15th May my weight was 63 kg and on the 20th of June, I was 58 kg which is a great result for me in such a short amount of time. I started off my day with this meal almost every single day. Besides the Keto diet I did 16:8 intermittent fasting. This two combination works amazing together when it comes to lose weight fast. I will continue the keto diet and intermittent fasting until my body fat rate gets minimum. I am super motivated to share my 100 % KETO-FRIENDLY MEAL RECIPES.
