Two diets that have been increasingly popular of late are discussed in this book. I have tried Intermittent Fasting before and ended up failing, with the advice in this book, I hope to not fail should I try again.
I havent tried Keto, but with the information gained, I feel confident I would know what I was doing if I decided to start. I like that there is a meal planner in the book so that you can easily set up the meals for your week.
The recipes are always my favorite part of books like these, because even if you do not follow the diet exactly, you can still benefit from the delicious food!

Good book for woman who are trying to lose some weight by using intermittent fasting and keto. I liked that they are using both of these methods for a successful diet plan.
