Keto Diet – 52 lbs in 123 Days – Common Challenges

It has been 123 days on my Ketosis Diet, and I have lost 52.2 lbs, which brings me down under the 200 mark as of this morning! I have been thrilled with the progress.

This week, I am discussing some of the complaints and questions that I get with the keto diet. For some reason, there are people that just can’t grasp the gist of it. I attempt to address some of these in my video.
