1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1/4 cup non dairy milk

Prepare a square pan with foil or parchment. Leaving overhangs to pull out fudge.
In a medium, microwave safe bowl combine butter and chocolate chips. Heat in 30 second bursts, until completely melted and smooth. Stir between bursts.
When everything is melted and smooth, quickly stir in sifted powdered sweetener and non dairy milk.
Pour into the prepared pan and put in the refrigerator for several hours to set.
