This Keto Chicken Taco is a simple and tasty recipe. It is a especially a favorite of my kids and they will even eat it with keto wraps(if you don’t tell them). The chicken is flavorful and the fixings are healthy. I eat it with my homemade lacto fermented salsa and sour cream. Both high in probiotics. Ingredients for filling for 6:
450 gm Chicken breast or other meat
½ tsp Rock Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Oregano
½ tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
4 Tbsp Cheese
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
Zest of 1 Lemon

Ingredients for wraps:
1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
2 Tbsp Psyllium Husk
1 Tbsp Butter or Oil
Pinch of Salt
1 Cup Hot Water
1 Tbsp Ghee to cook (optional)
