Keto Cheesy Cauliflower Tots | Keto Mix Veg Tots
Welcome to another session of Keto Twist .Today we will be making Delicious Cauliflower tots . We use boiled and mashed cauliflower instead of boiled potatoes. It’s very easy to make and delight to eat .
Ingredients are :
Cauliflower florets. 300 gms
Green Capsicum 100 gms
Red Capsicum 100 gms
Coriander Leaves. Handful
Grated Mozzarella 100 gms
Coarse Ground Almonds. 30 gms
Salt to taste
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder. 1/2 tsp
Oregano / Italian Seasoning 1-2 tsp
Serve with any keto friendly sauce.
1. Boil cauliflower florets for 5 to 7 minutes or until it becomes soft.
2. Drain out all the water and grind them.
3. In a mixing bowl , add mashed cauliflower, green capsicum , red capsicum , coriander leaves mozzarella cheese , coarse ground almonds, salt , chilli flakes , garlic powder , oregano. Mix everything together.
4. Mould it in to tot shapes using hands.
5. Place all the tots on baking sheet and bake them for 15 minutes in preheated oven at 180 deg Celsius.
6. After 15 minutes, change the side of all tots and bake for another 15 minutes.
7. Our cheesy tots are ready .
8. Serve them with tartar sauce.

This recipe is high on dietry fibre and Mozzarella cheese will add good amount of fats in your tots .
