Keto Butter Coffee Balls Recipe:

Ingredients

Erythritol
Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon
Coconut Oil
Unsalted Butter
Cream Cheese
Black Coffee

Instructions

1. Add the coconut oil, unsalted butter, cream cheese, vanilla extract, cinnamon and erythritol to a food processor. At this point you can add any of your preferred additional flavorings. Blend together well to combine. The mixture will start to form a thick creamy paste.
2. Keep the motor of the food processor running at a medium speed. Slowly drizzle in the (room temperature/cool) coffee a little at a time. Blend the mixture together until well combined. You should have a thick yet smooth and creamy consistency. Spoon this mixture into a large bowl, cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes. This will allow the mixture to firm up enough to be shaped.
3. Remove the chilled mixture from the fridge. The mixture should be firm but easy to scoop up with spoon. If it is not, continue to chill further. Scoop roughly 1 tablespoon of the mix at a time and shape into a ball with your hands. Repeat this process with the remaining mixture until you have 12 coffee balls. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
