I saw Keto Connect’s video on how to make keto buffalo chicken meatballs so I decided to make my version without the celery and I was impressed. Try it out for yourself. Find the keto recipe below. 🔥
I decided to keep the buffalo sauce out of the chicken meatball mixture and to add over the top of them instead. I also decided to put mine over some cauliflower rice and drizzle some ranch over the top for a little extra flavor. Give these a try and let me know what you think.

► KETO INGREDIENTS
1lb ground chicken
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon almond or coconut flour
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp chili flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

► KETO RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
0:02 In a large bowl, combine add ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes, pepper, salt, almond or coconut flour, mayonnaise, 1 egg beaten
0:10 Mix it all up
0:12 Make them into 2″ balls, this mixture will be sticky. And place them on a cookie sheet
0:14 Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until the center has reached 160º
0:21 Remove meatballs from the oven and place them into a skillet over medium-low heat.
0:22 Coat them with buffalo sauce and continue to cook just until sauce is warmed.
BAM! There you go. Keto buffalo chicken meatballs.
