I gave an update last year about how keto and intermittent fasting allowed me to eliminate asthma and sinusitis and joint pain. This year, I’m giving another update at the beginning of the year. It just keeps getting better and better. The longer I live and study, the more I’m convinced that food is medicine and it can also be a poison that kills us slowly. I’ve decided to let it be my medicine, how about you?

I have not used Flonase or Nasacort or Albuterol at all this year. I’ve continued the Keto and Intermittent fasting journey and became a certified Keto Coach and have been preaching the “Keto for Health and Healing” message ever since.

I now practice Keto because of it’s power to reduce inflammatory conditions in the body and I help others do the same. Many will come to Keto for weight loss and stay for the same reason I stay which is to feel well and be well. Keeping chronic issues like asthma, sinusitis, and the like at bay.
