Hey everyone! Today I am showing you one of my go to recipes for when I need to meal prep for work. This Jalapeño Chicken and Broccoli recipe is perfect because you can make several meal prep bowls out of just one batch of each. Also I love how it can be stored for several days in the fridge and reheated very quickly in the microwave.

Ingredients:
-1 whole picked chicken
Seasoned with:
-Salt, Pepper, 1/2 tbsp paprika, 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
-8 oz cream cheese
-1/2 cup sour cream
-2 tbsp pickled jalapeno juice
-2 tbsp heavy cream
-Chopped jalapeños to taste
-2 cups or more of cheddar cheese
