Intermittent Fasting With a Modified Keto Diet produces fantastic results…Following an intermittent fasting ketogenic diet is an innovative way to modify a strict keto diet and still get all the health benefits of being in ketosis.

Using intermittent fasting in combination with eating a low carb diet can put you into ketosis for 12 to 16 hours a day. You don’t have to follow a very strict ketogenic diet to lose weight and still get the weight loss and health benefits.

Intermittent Fasting Ketogenic Diet Plan (Quick Results):

1- Macronutrient Ratio
50% – 60% healthy fat (olive oil, avocado oil, avocados, nuts, whole eggs, lean meats, oily fish)
20% protein (lean meats, fish, eggs and dairy)
20% – 30% carbs (plants)

2- Slowly reduce your carbs for about two weeks.

3- After two weeks of reduced carb eating, start intermittent fasting or time restricted eating. Skip breakfast….this should put you into ketosis for over 12 hours a day.
