I love carnitas, but sometimes when I buy them they are too greasy for me. I wanted a way to make them at home in a way I could set it and forget it. You can make Tacos, Pulled Pork, tostadas, Salad, whatever you want to use this meat for it will work for you.

It’s the best part of this instant pot keto recipe. The greatest part of this keto recipe is that you can change up the flavors if you’d like by adding more of the specific spices.
It is literally one of my favorites to make and a HUGE hit every time I make it. Pair it with some homemade low carb tortillas and some homemade salsa for your low carb diet.
