Indian Fish Head Curry or Soup | Keto Recipes | Low Carb

A good fish head curry or soup is not only tasty but very nutritious. It is full off collagen and minerals, and is very satisfying. Whenever I am home alone for a meal, I buy myself a fish head. A seer fish head is sold much cheaper than the large steak pieces. Make sure that it is in good condition. The eye should be clear, the fish should smell of nothing other than the ocean and have firm bouncy flesh. I make a spicy, tangy curry or soup out of it and enjoy it with some faux noodles, cauliflower rice or just on its own.

450 gms Fish head of your choice
1/ tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
4-5 Cloves Of Garlic
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Ghee
1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
1 Tbsp Tamarind Pulp or to taste
