How to make KETO CHEESE CRACKERS the best low carb snack

Hi everyone and thank you for tuning in!
When you are on a keto or low carb diet, the cravings for regular high carb food can be sometimes really hard! My goal is it to find low carb and keto friendly recipes that will satisfy your cravings!

Here I am sharing with you one of my favorite super simple snacks! Low carb keto friendly cheese crackers. They go well just on its own, with a little bit of hummus or a dip of your choice.

I hope you will give this recipe a shot!

– 2 Cups of cheese:
I used a blend of 1/3 parmesan, 1/3 gruyere + 1/3 cheddar.
You can try using a parmesan romano mix with swiss and cheddar or anything else as long as its 2 cups of cheese in total
– 2 teaspoons garlic
– 1 teaspoon rosemary
– 1 teaspoon cayenne
– 1 egg
– 1 cup of almond flour
– 3 oz cream cheese
– pinch of salt

Depending on how thin you rolled out the dough the cooking time is between 5-8 min at 450F on both sides.

Macros for 10 crackers turned out on mine:
95 kcal
8g fat
2g net carbs
4g protein
