BLEND TOGATHER

SAUCE FOR 1 FISH
2 HANDFULLS FRESH SPINACH
5 CHERRY TOMATO
2-3 OKRA CUT UP
1/4 WHITE ONION SLICED

PARCHMENT PAPPER
