This meal is low-carb and can fit into Keto, Paleo, and Whole30 dietary restrictions. You can also make this meal vegetarian by swapping the meat for any type of beans or even tofu.
• ½ pound lean ground beef (or protein of choice)
• ¼- ½ medium onion
• 2 tsp. minced garlic
• 1tsp. fresh ginger grated
• 2-3 chopped green onions
• 1 bag (14 oz) shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
• 3 Tbsp. liquid aminos (or low sodium soy sauce)
• 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
• 2 tsp. Sriracha
1.) Sesame seeds
2.) Jalapeño slices
1.) If cabbage isn’t your thing, use broccoli slaw instead
2.) Swap Sriracha for Franks Red Hot to make this dish Whole30, keto, and paleo approved. Or get a Whole30 compliant Sriracha sauce.
3.) For the lowest carb and most keto option use Braggs liquid aminos.
