This video will show you how simple it is to make cauliflower grits. These cauliflower grits are keto friendly and low carb.
12 oz riced cauliflower
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbs butter
1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
In a sauce pan over medium heat add your water heavy whipping cream and butter. Once it starts to simmer lower the heat to low and add your cauliflower and seasonings salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place a lid over the cauliflower and let cook to allow the liquid to reduce and absorb into the cauliflower stirring occasionally for 15-20 mins.After your cauliflower grits are cooked you can taste for seasoning and adjust if needed. Ours needed a bit more butter.
