After finishing a 60-Day-Challenge with your help on Instagram (thank you!), I wondered, how badly, and how far back would I be set if I did an actual cheat day. In the last video, I showed you what I do when I want a cheat day, but also want to remain completely Keto-compliant.

In this video, I show you the exact cheat foods I ate on my cheat day, exactly how much damage it did to the metrics I’m tracking, share my thoughts about the experience of having a cheat day, and finally, tell you what I plan to do to correct the damage I did asap.
