Tandoori Chicken is one of the most well know Indian dish. It is essentially a barbecue dish where the chicken is slathered with a wonderful blend of Indian spices and left to marinate overnight in the fridge. I was in a hurry here so, I let it marinate for about 2 hrs. Tandoori chicken goes very well with a salad or a raita. It can be stored for about a week in the refrigerator if you have extras. It is absolutely low in carbs as there are no carby flavourings and you can add as much butter on top as per your liking.

Ingredients for the marinate:
1.25 Kgs Chicken Legs
1 Tbsp Tandoori Masala
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Turmeric Paste (Optional)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Kasuri Methi or Fenugreek Leaves
3 Tbsp Greek Yogury or Hung Curd

To Cook:
1 tsp Butter
1/4 tsp Chat Masala
