1) Frozen berries smoothie:-

Ingredients:-
Frozen Banana -1
Frozen Berries – 1 cup
Greek yogurt – 1/2 cup or 2-3 Tbs
Milk (Almond milk; soya milk; unsweetened milk )- 1 cup
Honey 1 tsp Maple syrup 1 tsp – 2-3 Dates – According to your taste

2) Creamy Chocolate and peanut Butter smoothie

Ingredients:-
Frozen banana – 2
Peanut butter – 2 Tbs
Cocoa powder -1-2 tsp
Greasy yogurt – 1/2 cup
Milk ( in sweetened ; low fat Almond milk) 1 cup
Honey ; Maple syrup 1-2 tsp

3) Green Smoothie Recipe or Spinach smoothie with banana

INGREDIENTS:-
Frozen Bansna -1
Strawberries -2 -3
Chia seed 1 tsp (soaked )
Baby spinach 1 cup
Greek yogurt 1/2 cup
Milk ( Almond milk ; soya milk ; un- sweetened milk ; low fat milk )
Dates 2
