The Keto diet massively lowers carbohydrate intake and thus reduces hormonal insulin levels to help normalise fat storage and trigger fat burning, but what if it actually worked by eliminating the harmful effects of Omega-6 seed oils? The keto bans many unhealthy foods, and this contributes to it’s legendary health effects of weight-loss, blood-sugar stabilisation, and anti-cancer properties.
