Keto Ground Beef
INGREDIENTS NEEDEDOlive oil spray for pan
2 lb. extra lean ground beef (93% lean)
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese cubed
1 cup shredded cheddar divided
2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish
in the bakeoven at least 15 – 20 min.
Ready to serve.
