LOW CARB GREEN VEG JUICE (Recipe)

This is a super simple and easy veg shake that I use on a daily basis as part of my low carb / Ketogenic diet. I personally dont enjoy eating vegatables on the side of my meals as part of my food intake so i have started using this juice daily to make sure my body gets all the nutrision it needs whilst i am low carbing / using the keto diet to lose weight.

This is my first you tube Video so i figured id keep it simple! Im hoping to post some vlogs very soon with my updates on weight loss etc etc maybe we can all support each other here!

Ingredients (please change to suit your tastes)
* 1/2 Celery Stalks
* 80-100g Cumcumber
* 1/2 good handful’s of spinach (i dont measure)
* Half a Lemon juice

Somdays i add extras to change it up abit but you can play around with it to get it just right for you personally, You really cant go wrong with this!
