Grandma’s Green Bean Slop

Ingredients:
1lb 85/15 Ground Beef
1/2 Chopped Onion
1 Can Green Beans drained (French or Cut)
1 Can Rotel Tomatoes and Green Chilies
1 1/2 can Tomato Sauce
1 Packet Taco Seasoning

Directions:
In a skillet, on medium heat, brown up ground beef and add onion. When cooked completely, drain and add 1 can of green beans. Add the rest of the ingredients cover with a lid and let simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat and it’s ready. Add it to the top of lettuce for a taco salad, put it on chips for nachos or just eat it with tortillas. Add Cheese and Sour cream as toppings.

That’s it! Easy dinner. It only takes 15 to 20 min. to prepare.
