Fish wrapped in a banana leaf | Keto Food | LCHF | Low Carb

Hi, This is one more traditional way of cooking fish in coastal areas. Bananas and fish, both are abundant here. Above all this is a welcome change from the routine and fits a Ketogenic diet and my keto lifestyle perfectly. I hope you like this unique keto recipe.

Ingredients:
800 gms Boness White Firm Fleshed Fish
1/2 tsp. Mustard Seeds
1/2 tspCumin Seeds
1 Cup Onions chopped
1 Cup Tomatoes chopped
6-7 Curry leaves
1/2 Cup coriander leaves chopped
1/ Tbsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp. Black pepper
Salt to taste

Marriantion:
1 tsp Turmeric
7-8 Garlic Cloves
Salt to taste
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Peanut Oil
2 Banana Leaves
