Episode 30 Cube Steak and Broccoli Salad Low Carb Keto Meal Plan

Pure comfort food and a bit dirty keto style. Bacon grease is not particularly healthy under any diet but it sure is low carb. 🙂 We use this in moderation. This is definitely quick and easy!

Almond Flour

Bacon
Any kind of seeds, but we used pistachio kernels
Mayo and granulated swerve sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt & pepper
