KETO GRANOLA BITES (makes 8 servings) :
* 13 g Salted Pecan Halves
* 60 g Hemp Seeds
* 10 g Chia Seeds
* 28 g Flax Seeds
* 30 g Coconut Flakes
* 21 g Pumpkin Seeds
* 120 g Salted Creamy Almond Butter
* 56 g Coconut Oil (melted)
* Confectioners Swerve Sweetener To Taste (optional, we used 15g)
1. Combine all ingredients into large bowl and mix until combined.
2. Separate mixture into 8 small silicon cupcake molds.
3. Freeze for 1 hour.
5. Store in freezer until ready to eat.
Hot tip : We melted down some Lily’s Semi-Sweet baking chips with a little coconut oil and drizzled on top for a little chocolate fix!
