EASY Keto Meals ( pescatarian friendly*)

All the recipes and ingredients are below:

Keto/ Low Carb Shake 🥛
1 scoop of Vega Protein powder
1 tbsp of swerve
1/2 water
1/2 whipping cream
( you can add unsweetened coco powder if you like it more chocolatey 🍫)

Keto Omelette🍳
2 eggs
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 onion
slap yo mama
onion powder
american cheese
(1 slice of bacon or turkey bacon)

Cheesy mixed veggies🧀🥦
steamed bag of veggies
1/2 tbsp butter
1/2-3/4 cup of whipping cream
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4-salt
2 slices of American cheese

add butter to pan and melt
add whipping cream
bring to boil
add seasonings
stirr
add mixed veggies

Trout
cut in half
1 tsp add generous amount of sea salt
1/2tp Italian Seasoning
1/2tp onion powder

cook trout skin side up for 5 minutes
then flip
cook on skin for 5-10 more minutes
until done
( medium heat)

remove all fish and add 1 tbsp of butter to the drippings in the pan
allow to cook
add lemon and parsley flakes let simmer for 2 minutes
add fish back to sauce and douse fish with lemon butter
