Easy keto full day of eating & intermittent fasting #6

– I had a light breakfast today after 18 hours of fasting – just 3 tbsp of chia seeds soaked in water.
– Afternoon I ate a big salad with 2 avocados, avocado oil and other vegetables. After that, 5 eggs fried in a lard and another 2 avocados..
Finished eating around 3 pm (6 hours eating window) and that was all for today..
