Hi guys, this is my version of the Ketogenic Diet aka Keto, Diet Recipe Cabbage and Beef Stir fFry! I hope you enjoy this Keto, Low carb recipe. Its easy to make and follow!
Easy Keto Recipe: Cabbage and Beef Stir fry
Recipe:
1 Small Cabbage cut how you like it
2 lbs Ground Beef
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Large Yellow Onion
Seasonings
Garlic Powder
Chopped Onions
Black Pepper
Seasoned Salt
Chop/Slice all of your vegetables and put to the side
Fry and Brown the ground beef until done(add 1/4 cup of chopped onions to taste)
Add all peppers and onions to ground beef while in the skillet.
Let cook for about 3 minutes, then add 1 cup of water.
Add all of the cabbage, sprinkle seasonings at your discretion and stir. Let cook for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes, stir and let simmer/cook for 10 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
Let cook 5 more minutes until done!
Thats it, enjoy!
