EASY KETO BIRTHDAY CAKE IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES!

You can make a three tiered birthday cake in less than 10 minutes. This easy keto dessert recipe is made up using 3-4 birthday cake chaffles that sits in between layers of creamy low carb buttercream frosting.

In this video, I show you how to make an easy keto birthday cake that you can make for you keto family, friend or spouse. Since they are made out of chaffles, you can make this for them when they first wake up because it’s not just a dessert, it’s breakfast too!

This is a keto dessert recipe using almond flour but you can substitute with coconut flour instead, just use 2 teaspoons.

This is a fun recipe to make with kids or for your kids if you are trying to decrease their sugar consumption. I’m sure is this one dessert you wouldn’t mind giving to them in the morning because it’s a keto chaffle with no sugar!

KETO BIRTHDAY CAKE CHAFFLE
1 egg
1 ounce cream cheese
2 tablespoons almond flour
1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons monk fruit
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cake batter extract

KETO BUTTERCREAM FROSTING
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered erythritol
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 – 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Preheat waffle maker to medium high heat.
Whisk together all the chaffle ingredients – egg, cream cheese, almond flour, heavy cream, monk fruit, vanilla and cake batter extract.
Pour 1/3 of the chaffle mixture into the center of the waffle iron. Close the waffle maker and let cook for 3 minutes or until waffle set. You want this chaffle to be spongy and not crisp.
Remove chaffle from the waffle maker and repeat with remaining batter until you have three cake chaffles.
While your chaffles are cooling, make the frosting. Beat the butter together in a small bowl. The longer you cream the butter, the more lighter in color it gets. Mix together butter, powdered erythritol, vanilla. Slowly add in heavy cream until you reach your desired frosting consistency.
Layer your chaffle cake. Place down one caffle and spread frosting on top. Lay down a second chaffle on the frosting and frost it’s top, lay down the third chaffle. Frost the top and the sides of all chaffles.
