-2 cups Arugula
-1 shallot chopped
-1 Tbsp Olive oil
-2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
-1 teaspoon brown mustard
Instructions:
1. In a bowl that has a lid—combine all of the ingredients and shake until well combined.
2. Now you are ready to serve
