Ingredients for the mix:
2 Cups Almond Flour
3 Tbsp + 2 tsp Coconut Flour
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
10 Tbsp Erythritol
1/2 tsp Salt

Directions for making the mug cake:
In a mug melt 2 Tbsp Butter
Add 5 Tbsp Cake Mix
Add 1 Egg
Stevia as per taste
Mix thoroughly and cook in the microwave for 1 minute
