Refined my battle rope x medicine ball circuit a little bit more. It’s more challenging now. And it’s scalable! Add more or less rest time as needed. Add more or less time/reps as needed. Use a bigger, smaller, or sans medicine ball.

I’m feeling much stronger. This circuit is still taxing though! But my body isn’t screaming as it used to do when I first started. Even then it wasn’t as bad as when I first started in August 2019. My body still retained some of its strength, which is great!
