I am just starting on day 7 on keto and intermittent fasting and I have lost a total of 16 pounds in 6 days. I have also began some caloric restrictions, as I am completely over the “eat all you want of meat eggs cheese” and am quite frankly tired of all those foods. Restricting these calories a little is practically automatic at this point, as you grow more weary of these types of foods you tend to just eat less, or as needed. I’ll have more information on this on an upcoming video.
