Cook Swai Fish with Vegetables; oil free, low carb

Nazeli’s fish and vegetables recipe ingredients are: 2 pieces of fish, green, yellow and red peppers, celery, turmeric and ginger, lemon grass, green beans, and green peas, (preferably onions, chives and garlic; not in the video, just recommended) sea salt and cayenne pepper, and low sodium vegetarian soy sauce (hot sauce is optional). If you have to use oil, use Red Palm Oil or coconut oil. No oil was used in the dish shown in the video. Add very little water, enough to cover the fish, add the vegetables and the seasoning, and cover the pan with the lid. Let it cook for 10 minutes or until the fish is tender. Serve warm.
