Here is my version of traditional Chinese/Cantonese Steamed fish. Very easy, tasty, keto friendly and done within 20 minutes! Cut Fish 4 slits, pinch of salt/or pink with 1 Tbs of white wine on each side. Bed the fish with some ginger and segmented scallions for circulation. Stuff fish with some ginger & scallions for flavor. Steam for 15-20 mins, pour excess water out. Put rest of ginger/scallions/cilantro on dish. Cook remaining sauce (sesame/olive/soy) with the garlic. Cook until it starts smoking and pour on fish and watch it sizzle with aroma… Enjoy!

1 Whole Fish (4 slits on each side)
Pinch of salt/pink salt & 1Tbs of Rice wine on each side.
2 Tbs of Sesame Oil
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Soy Sauce (could be sweet Soy)
Cilantro (diced)
Garlic (diced)
Ginger (vertically sliced)
Scallions (vertically sliced & segmented)

Pour the sauce on top at the end, hear it sizzle! EASY & delicious!
