Cheese Chips | Super Easy Keto Snack | Keto Short

Welcome to another episode of Keto Shorts.
Today I’m gonna show you how to make this super easy and quick Keto snack, that is Cheese Chips.
For this dish, you are gonna need only one ingredient and you guessed it, thats cheese.
We are gonna use cheddar because it has that sharper taste then lets say mozzarella and we are gonna shred it.

We want our cheese in smaller pieces so it melts more evenly.
Use a cookie mold or anything that can help you make these nice round shapes and place the cheese inside.
Dont put to much, we just want the bottom layer to be filled.
Leave some space between the chips so they dont melt onto each other.

If you want to go an extra mile, spice them up with some oregano , paprika or garlic powder

Preheat the owen to 200 degrees Celsius and place them inside.
Bake them for 5-7 minutes.
It all depends on how chewy or crispy you want them to be.

These turned out great, just a right combination of chewy and crispy!
