I am a 46-year-old mother of 9 and I have been eating ketogenically since January 1,st 2017. I lost 207 lbs on keto without surgery! My cutting Macros were 130g protein/ 20g net carbs / 70g fat and 1300 calories. I am now reversing calories slowly to find my maintenance calorie level.
I started eating ketogenically Jan 1st, 2017 at 374 lbs. At the start of the reverse I was 169.2lbs How much do weigh today?
